L3Harris QA Analyst, Shipping in Waterdown, Ontario
About This Role
Partnering with the Logistics department, you will be the last line of quality defense before our product ships out for delivery. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail and be an enthusiastic self-starter.
Tasks to be Accomplished
Verify part numbers and serial numbers match both the actual part(s) and the CofC (Certificate of Conformance)
Responsible to support inspections that can include cosmetic concerns as well as ensuring all documentation are correct/complete and having the appropriate authorizing signatures where needed.
Communicate with Program Management, Operations and Engineering on possible paper work concerns
Liaise with Government Quality Assurance personnel
Must be able to use MES (Manufacturing Execution System/Benchmark Enterprise System)
Must be able to use BPMS (Business Process Management System)
Must be able to use Teamcenter
Create NCR’s (Non-Conformance Reports)
Support the CAR (Corrective Action Request) process
Support the RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) process
Skills Required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 standard
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF)
Experience & Education Requirements
1-2 year's relevant experience
College Diploma with Quality Assurance
ISO9001/AS9100 working knowledge
