Job Schedule: 9/80 Work Schedule – (Every other Friday is a non-workday.)

Job Description:

Will work as a systems engineer on an integrated product team performing software development for advanced EOIR software. Team member will work with software developers to define test process, verification tracking, requirements tracking, and presentation of results to program and project leadership. Team members will also work with developers on interface definition, messaging structure, and compliance with industry standards.

Essential Functions:

  • Requirements development from P-Spec

  • Requirements tracking, verification and validation.

  • System interface design and tracking.

  • Development of verification tests

  • Development of validation tests

  • System modeling.

  • Ability to use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Teamcenter, MS Office, etc.

    Job Qualification Requirements:

    Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Optics, or a related field is strongly preferred. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • Must have demonstrated ability in relevant development areas and project sizes.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Have worked with or developed software for ISR systems in the past.

  • Experience with shipboard or airborne mission systems.

  • Experience with MBSE and Cameo

  • An active DoD security clearance.
