Job Description:

Responsible for the design, development and implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of company products in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions:

  • Performs analysis on reported nonconformities and discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical systems, field and clinical data. Further investigates the cause for discrepancies and nonconformities to develop disposition and recommend corrective action plans.

  • Leads material review board and Failure Review Board activities.

  • Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.

  • Conducts program quality and manages internal/supplier corrective actions.

  • Serves as the primary interface to customers and supplier for quality related matters.

    Qualifications:

  • Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

  • Security Clearance required upon hire : Ability to Obtain

  • Security Clearance required for role : Secret

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • TipQA, SAP, LN, or other related ERP or Nonconformance management software.

  • Space, aeropspace, military production experience.

  • ISO9001/AS9100 Compliance or auditing

    In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $98,000 - $119,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
