Job Title – Lead RF Technician

We have an immediate opportunity for a high energy shop floor leader with a strong track record of job performance and business contribution.
Work with and direct labor work force of technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Maintain consistent shop floor presence – maintain an orderly, disciplined, fair, and positive work environment for all employees.
Lead team towards common goals – ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance expectations for the department.
Effectively communicate with direct reports – policies, performance expectations, strategic improvements, etc.
Effectively engage support functions – day to day issues and strategic improvements.
Effectively develop work force – recognizing high performers and coaching low performers.
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of electronics, PCB Technology or military experience OR 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of electronics, PCB Technology or military experience
2+ years’ experience with various databases (ORACLE, Fusion, Agile and Microsoft Office)
Preferred Additional Skills:
Electronics / RF Troubleshooting experience preferred.
Test and Assembly process knowledge.
PCBA / SMT Experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen – understands the big picture.
Self-starter, results oriented, with a can-do attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Team player/Team Builder – peers can count on support when needed.
Lean manufacturing mentality
