POSITION SUMMARY
As a Manufacturing Assembly C (Advanced Level) you will be responsible for contributing to the success of our Sensors Division performing production tasks for a wide variety of cryo-cooler assemblies which may include skilled hand work and or utilizing automated production equipment. Work is performed in a clean lab that sometimes requires optical magnification. This is a first shift position with flexible start times.

Cincinnati is also the home AFC Champions the Cincinnati Bengals, the Cincinnati Reds, the Cincinnati Cyclones and FC Cincinnati of Major League Soccer.
Essential Functions:
Complete assigned manufacturing process steps for cryo-cooler assemblies and sub-assemblies for customer deliverables
Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing component preparation/installation, hand soldering as needed on assembly units
Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents
Understand and follow appropriate test equipment / safety procedures
Support group objectives for on-time delivery
Follow industry standard or practice for 6S
Work independently and with a team
Provide regular status reports on work in progress
Qualifications:
Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
2 years or more experience with email, Microsoft office.
2 years or more experience with hand tools.
2 years or more experience in reading and following drawings and work instructions.
2 years or more experience in working individually and in a diverse and team-oriented environment.
Must be a United States Citizen.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong interpersonal relationship skills
Solder certification
Eager to learn new processes
Experience in an ESD/FOD and or clean room areas
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged sitting at a workstation and working on a computer
Must be able to lift to a minimum of 25 pounds at times
